Description

In Odin, the goal is to quickly empty your hand by sending all your Vikings into the world. The game spans multiple hands, with each hand having one or more rounds. The deck has cards in six suits, numbered 1 - 9, and each player starts with nine cards. The lead player lays a single card. The next player can either pass or play an equal or one - more number of higher - value cards. When playing multiple cards, they must be of the same number or color, and their value is determined by arranging digits from high to low. Non - lead players take one card from the previous play and discard the rest. The round ends when a player runs out of cards or all players pass successively. If all pass, discard the last - played cards and start a new round. The lead player can end the hand by playing all single - suit or single - number cards at once. At the end of a hand, players score 1 point per remaining card. If no one has at least 15 points, reshuffle and start a new hand. The player with the fewest points wins if someone has 15 or more points.

How to play Odin: First, each player gets nine cards from a deck with six suits numbered 1 - 9. The lead player starts by putting a single card on the table. Then, it's your turn. You can either pass or play cards. If you play, make sure to follow the rules about card value and quantity. When you play multiple cards, they should be the same number or color. And remember, if you're not the lead player, take one card from the previous play into your hand and discard the rest. The round ends when a player has no cards left or everyone passes. If everyone passes, start a new round. The lead player can end the hand by playing all single - suit or single - number cards at once. After each hand, count your remaining cards as points. If no one has 15 points, shuffle the deck and start over. The winner is the one with the fewest points when someone reaches 15 or more. As for maintenance, keep the cards in a dry place to avoid damage and make sure to shuffle them well before each new hand.
