Description

My First Bohnanza is a great game that serves as an introduction to Bohnanza and a fun children's game. The goal is the same as the parent game: have the most Talers at the end. Like the original, it has multiple bean types. Each bean card has a number showing its quantity in the game and a 'beanometer' at the bottom. This version has simplified beanometers. Four bean types have a single exchange value (e.g., five Gemeine beans get one Taler), and six types have two values. For young players or newcomers, use single - beanometer cards and form a Taler stack with the others. Each player starts with five face - up cards and a beanfield tile. On a turn, plant the leftmost card and optionally a second one. Try to group same - type cards in a field, but you can cover different beans if needed. Reveal two cards from the deck, keep or trade them. All traded cards must be planted. At the end of the turn, draw three cards. Harvest when you have the right number of bean cards in a field, collect a Taler, and restart if you covered other beans. After 1 - 3 deck cycles (depending on players), the game ends, and the one with the most Talers wins. As players get more experienced, swap single - beanometer cards for double ones, then combine the decks and introduce more rules from Bohnanza.

How to play My First Bohnanza: First, give each player five cards face - up and a beanfield tile. On your turn, plant the leftmost card in a field and you can choose to plant a second. Try to put the same type of bean cards in one field. Reveal two cards from the deck. You can keep them or trade them with other players, but all traded cards must be planted. At the end of your turn, draw three cards. When you have the right number of bean cards in a field, harvest them and collect a Taler. If you covered other beans, you can start building on them again. For young players or newbies, use the single - beanometer cards first. As you play more, you can swap for double - beanometer cards and then combine the decks and add more rules. Remember, after 1 - 3 times through the deck, the game ends, and the one with the most Talers wins. There's no special maintenance for this game, just keep the cards in a dry place to prevent damage.
