Barrage The Leeghwater Project

The Leeghwater Project Expansion is a great addition to your game. It brings in a new faction, the Netherlands, leveraging Jan Leeghwater's water - management skills to add more water to your dams. There's the External Works mechanic, with powerful tiles from a new action space. You can perform many actions with them, but remember, you need to burn the required Concrete Mixers and Excavators instead of just assigning them to the Construction Wheel. The Personal Building mechanics let you combine five Building tiles, each with a unique and powerful effect activated by your engineers. There are also two new Executive Officers to enhance the External Works and Personal Buildings, and three new Advanced Technology tiles for Personal Building construction.

Using this expansion is easy. First, introduce the new Netherlands faction into your game. They'll help you manage water better in your dams. When it comes to the External Works mechanic, look for the new action space to get the powerful tiles. But be cautious! You need to 'burn' the right amount of Concrete Mixers and Excavators to unlock their power. For the Personal Building mechanics, combine the five Building tiles as you like. Your engineers can then activate their special effects. The two new Executive Officers can be used to boost the External Works and Personal Buildings. And use the three new Advanced Technology tiles when constructing Personal Buildings. As for maintenance, keep track of your resources like Concrete Mixers and Excavators. Make sure you don't over - use them and always plan your actions in advance.
